Pet emergencies can be extremely stressful for everyone involved, and we hope you never have to experience an emergency with your loved one. However, should your pet have need of our emergency care services, you’re welcome to bring them in for treatment at any time during our office hours. Our doctors and staff are available seven days a week to accommodate you!

Your Pet Could Be Having an Emergency If…

Signs your pet is having an emergency health problem can either be very subtle, or very obvious. Below is a list of common symptoms and conditions warranting urgent care.

  • Vomiting/diarrhea
  • Blood in vomit/stool
  • Bleeding from nose or mouth
  • Hit by car (potential internal injuries, broken bones)
  • Limping
  • Having seizures
  • Collapse
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Panting heavily
  • Rapid/irregular heart rate
  • Lethargy
  • Disorientation
  • Sensitive to touch

If your pet is exhibiting any of these signs, bring them in to see us right away.
